3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for coaching services are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a coaching program, you agree to the following:

• —You may receive a full refund if after your time working with Andrew, you do not make progress towards your goals, but you as the participant must have followed everything that Andrew has asked of you to do
• —If you have not made progress towards your goals due to not following Andrew's tasks he asked of you, no refund will be made
• —We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis
• —Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in termination of your coaching services

4. Photo & Video Consent

As part of your coaching program, you may be asked to submit progress photos or videos for form review and tracking purposes. Please note the following:
